 Survivorship Applications:

 Where real estate is held as Joint Tenants/Proprietors, to remove the deceased’s name from the title.

  •  Clear Title; $440.00 (inc GST) + PEXA/Titles Office Fees

  •  Where there is an existing Mortgage; $550.00 (inc GST) + PEXA/Titles Office Fees
